Under the theme of health-conscious food prepared using vegetables and brown rice, this buffet breakfast features healthy food made with seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido.
In addition to the Western and Japanese dishes already available, Chinese dishes and Hokkaido cheese were newly added to the buffet offerings in March. More freshly baked bread and desserts were also added.
Brown rice pancakes prepared in front of guests are also highly recommended. We serve breakfast featuring local ingredients, deliciousness and fun with a smile, helping to create happy memories of your travel in Hokkaido.
